How do I adopt a spirit dog?: No membership or registration is required to adopt here. Simply go to the "adopt" page and scroll down to the currently available spirit orbs. The orb will grow into a spirit dog  after a certain amount of time, so you need to adopt the orb first. Once that particular orb grows up, it will no longer be available for adoption. To adopt an orb, just copy the provided codes underneath it. Two codes are given, html code for displaying your adopted spirit dog on websites, and BBS code for putting your spirit dog on a BBS code compatible forum. Just save the codes to a notepad/wordpad file. You can name your pet and put your name on your adoptable by following the instructions given on the adopt page. That's all you have to do to adopt a spirit dog.

How long will it take for my spirit orb to grow up?: Spirit orbs will grow into spirit dogs in anywhere from 7 to 25 days from their born on date. So it may only take a week, or almost a month before you see your grown spirit dog. Patience is a virtue. :)

How many spirit orbs am I allowed to adopt?: As many as you want. You can adopt just one, or all of them. You can adopt as many of the same orb as you want as well.

How long will the spirit orbs be available for adoption, and how often will new ones be put up?: Spirit orbs are available until they grow up, so this could be for as little as a week, or up to 25 days. New spirit orbs will be put up on the adopt page fairly regularly. Usually a new orb will be put up if an old one is removed. Check the "What's New" section of the front page to see if any new orbs have been put up for adoption.

How many variations are there for a spirit orb?: Some orbs will grow into only one type of spirit dog, while others may have multiple variations. A spirit dog may have up to 4 different variations, though most will have only 1 or 2. Spirit dogs with multiple variations will usually have one common variation that you are more likely to get, while the other variations will be of varying degrees of rarity and will be harder to get.

For the spirit dogs with multiple variations, how do I get the rare one/s?: That's a secret for me to know, and you to try to figure out. :)  Sometimes it's just a matter of luck, or when you visit the site.

Can I put the spirit dogs I adopt on my website or in my forum signature?: Yes, you may display your adopted spirit dogs where ever you want, provided that you do not remove the link back to my site, edit the image, remove the watermark, or use them for your own adoptable service. You may save the images to your computer or upload them to your own server or photo sharing account as long as you follow the rules outlined on the adopt page.

Will you make me a custom spirit dog?: Right now, I am not doing customs. Though I may occasionally hold a contest or something where a custom spirit dog is the prize.

I have a design idea for a spirit dog!: You are certainly welcome to drop me a line about your design idea. Who knows, you may just see it become a future spirit dog. :)
